Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of apgutterguards.com and any text message program operated by All Pro Gutter Guards, LLC ("All Pro Gutter Guards," "we," "us"). By using this website, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our messaging program.

Estimates, Quotes, and Contracts

Consultations and estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices, product details, and availability shown on this website or discussed before a visit are for general information only.

A quote becomes binding only when it is put in a written contract signed by you and by All Pro Gutter Guards. The scope of work, price, schedule, payment terms, and warranty for any job are set out in that written contract, and the contract controls if it differs from anything on this website.

Promotions and Discounts

From time to time we offer promotions, such as a percentage off a service. Each promotion is subject to the terms stated with it, including its expiration date and any eligibility limits. Unless the promotion says otherwise, discounts apply to new signed contracts only, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be applied to prior purchases, and have no cash value.

Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders to qualified buyers and is subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms.

Warranties

Workmanship and product warranties are provided in writing with your contract. Manufacturer warranties, including for Oelo lighting products, are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Warranty descriptions on this website are summaries; the written warranty controls.

Text Message Program

Program: All Pro Gutter Guards customer care and marketing messages. If you opt in, for example by checking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from All Pro Gutter Guards, LLC at the mobile number you provide, including quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.

• Message frequency varies, approximately two marketing messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

• Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Separately from marketing, we may text or call you about a quote you requested or work we are scheduled to perform.
